Embroidery
Embroidery is not as expensive as you may think, and gives a quality and professional stitched finish to your garments. Our machines can embroider up to twelve colours in a single design without affecting the price, which actually depends on the number of stitches in the design. Most pocket sized ones contain under 12,000, and with this in mind we mostly use one of two price bands (under 6,000 stitches and 6-12,000) enabling us to give an accurate cost on sight of your artwork. To ensure your confidence, our in house design team can turn your logo into an embroidered sample for you to examine before any commitment to buy.
Cut Transfers
This is a cut out transfer that is sealed by heat to your garment. We strongly recommend it as an alternative for screen printing on polos and sweats where a smart sharp image is required with no loss of colour over time and is ideal for staff uniforms. Transfer materials come in a selection of very durable finishes including a standard vinyl, glitter, flock and reflective, and details are listed in the front page of the price list. An economic solution for small runs or individualised garment where names are applied, this process does not require the expense of having screens made. It's not suitable for all designs, and can't handle very small or complicated details. However, designs can often be slightly adapted to make them work and we can give you an answer on sight of artwork. Again, to ensure your complete confidence our design team will supply a free pre-production sample, with no obligation to buy before you place your order.
Screen Printing
This is how the traditional printed T-shirt that people are most familiar with is made; ideal for larger quantities and multi coloured designs. Price depends mainly on the quantity of shirts and number of colours printed. Screens need to be made for each colour in your design and these are charged separately on your first order (or again if the design has not been printed for over a year). When preparing artwork, fine or shaded artwork must to be of high standard to get the best result, but most designs can be prepared by yourselves to save money and our staff are quite happy to advise you on the options available before any commitment is made.
Coloured Transfers
A very effective process for producing one off designs in full colour from a photo or piece of clip art, giving a vibrant image on your garment without much expense. Not as durable as screen printing or cut transfer over a long period, but great for a gift or special event. These are charged at the same rate as A4 cut transfers. Transfers can also be applied to mugs, coasters, place mats and mouse mats which are popular gift ideas, with the possibility of being personalised.
